About us:
Our names are Anne Britt and Laila Mailund. We live in Andebu, a small place 1 1/2 hour from Oslo in Norway.
 
Kennel Arctic Roses has owned Shih Tzu since 2003 and we had our first litter in January 2007.
 
Our dogs are based upon Scandinavian, English and American Bloodlines.
 
We have focus on healthy dogs with excellent temperament. Typical breed type Shih Tzu with excellent head and expression. Super coats and movements.
 
We breed our dogs to be family dogs which can give the owner a lot of happiness.
 
We also try to breed good show dogs with a lot of quality and excellent temperament.
 
Since our first Shih Tzu, we did very well in the show ring with our dogs and got a lot of champion titles and other winning titles at the dogs we have bought from other Kennels.
 
In 2006 we got our first import from Canada, Wenrick`s Hollywood Sequel "Billie". He makes us very proud. Since he came, he had a spectacular career in the show ring.
He was best Shih Tzu male in Norway 2007 and 2008. He was second best Shih Tzu of the year 2007 and 2008. He also had a lot of BOB, BOS, and Group placements in Scandinavian. We have to litters after him and he gave our kennel and our lines a lot of good tings for the future.
 
The short time we have been breeding Shih Tzu(since 2007) we had good fortune and success.
Arctic Roses Puppies has attained Certificates, BOB, BOS and very good result in whole Scandinavian.
 
Arctic Roses was second best breeder group in Norway 2008!!!
 
Soon, we hope we can present our first own breaded Champion!!!
